Cinematography as poetry in motion
"I am known as a hope fiend! I am a gleam finder; someone define me as a catalyst, some other as a chief Improviser. I don’t capture images: I carve them. Light is my violence, shadow my mercy and the frame is where truth refuses to hide".
I see light as a language and images as a way to uncover the invisible.
Every frame is an act of interpretation, a dialogue between instinct and craft, between what is seen and what is felt.
I strive to create images that linger, that carry silence as much as sound, and that honor the vulnerability of human stories. For me, cinematography is less about style than about presence: listening to a place, a character, a director’s vision, and then shaping light and shadow to let them come true.
